11 Jun The Three Components of Body Sculpting
You have to have the three components to have a successful fat reduction protocol. The three components that are necessary for successful fat reduction are:
- Nutrition
- Exercise
- Treatments
The nutrition is not very difficult. I have worked on a diet that can be easily followed. Mainly, to eat more protein and less carbohydrates. However, it’s doable because you can eat as much as you want in the morning, but then after three o’clock, you cut off all your carbs and all you eat is protein. That will slim all the visceral fat that I’m trying to get rid of and soften the subcutaneous fat.
A healthy lifestyle and exercise is actually very, very important to stay and maintain your results. If you continue to eat and not exercise, you’re going to go back to square one. You’re going to gain back all the fat and reverse all the things that we worked on. So a change of lifestyle, or being already healthy, would eliminate a lot of the coaching and we could just go straight into treatments.
I have a variety of treatments because everybody’s body is different. I like to interchange them to see what works best for you. First, I have Fat Freezing, which freezes the fat and then the body gets rid of the dead cells with the lymphatic drainage system, which is how we get rid of all the dead cells that we destroy or reduce during our treatments. Number two, I have a Lipo Laser and it works in a different way. It heats up the fat and melts it instead of freezing the fat. Then, we have cavitation treatment. Cavitation treatment is actually an ultrasound system that destroys the nucleus of the fat cell and by doing so, the fat cell dies. Finally, we have Liposonic treatment, which is another form of treatment using ultrasound called High Intensity Focused Ultrasound.
