Radio Frequency (RF) is an electromagnetic energy that generates heat to target collagen fibers in the skin, stimulating the production of collagen, elastin, and new skin cells.
Imagine a gentle, yet effective, heating process beneath your skin’s surface. RF devices generate controlled heat that penetrates the deep layers of your skin. This controlled thermal energy triggers collagen and elastin production, the key proteins responsible for skin structure and firmness.
The procedure is simple. A radio frequency handheld probe, operating at a low level of 450 kHz, is used to warm up the skin gently to 41-42 degrees centigrade. When it reaches the desired temperature, the probe is moved to a new area to repeat the process.
The entire procedure only takes about 20 minutes to heat up and cover a whole area.
Treatment once a week for 6-8 weeks is recommended for best results.
HIFU treatments are non-invasive. They use high-frequency sound waves to target and break down fat cells beneath the skin and stimulate the creation of collagen. This makes HIFU treatment a safe and effective option for skin tightening. This targeted approach ensures that patients see noticeable and long-lasting results in the areas they are most concerned about.
Our HIFU machine has 7 different cartilages with different depth levels. 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 3.0mm, and a 4.5mm used for skin tightening, while 6mm, 9mm, and 13mm are used for fat reduction. Shallow depths are used for skin tightening to target the dermis, the epidermis and SMAS layers of the skin. Stimulating those 3 layers of the skin, kickstart collagen and elastin production, leading to tighter, smoother skin and targeting the deeper layers of the skin such as the SMAS leads to longer lasting effects as well.
During the procedure, the skin is marked and treated in a precise horizontal and vertical grid pattern to ensure complete coverage of the target area.
3 treatments are recommended to see results after one month.
